How It Works
Not Satisfied with the Product
If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you may return the item with its original packaging and unused. After we receive the item in our warehouse, that's when we will processed the refund.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Shipping Cost of Returning an Item
Customers will shoulder the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. We recommend to use USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.
*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).
If Order is Fulfilled or In-Transit
Unfortunately, we cannot process a cancellation or refund once the order is already fulfilled or in transit. We need to wait for the item to be delivered and then you can return it and we will process a refund.
Processing of Refunds
All refunds will be processed towards the form of payment you've used when you ordered 3 days after we receive the item.
Credit Card or Debit Card Refund
- 7-10 Business days processing
It may also depend on how fast your issuing bank will post the refund in your statement.
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com. In your email, include:
- Order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
- Email address you used to complete your order
A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message within 24 hours.
