Do I need to Create an Account?
Although we recommend for you to create an account for a more convenient transaction, NO, it is not necessary to create an account. You can process an order and just fill in all the information needed such as Contact Details and Shipping Information.
I'm concerned about making an online payment. Is this secured?
We all need to be cautious when it comes to online payment. With that in our mind, we have made our website secure through SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer ). Its main function is to protect confidential information such as credit card details. We do not store your card information in our system as part of our security precaution.

Can I make changes in my order?
- Orders are Processed less than 24 hours ago
- Not yet Fulfilled in our warehouse
- Orders Processed MORE than 24 hours but NOT FULFILLED yet in our warehouse.
- Orders are Processed more than 24 hours ago
- Already Fulfilled in our warehouse
- Orders Processed LESS than 24 hours ago but ALREADY FULFILLED in our warehouse.
What are my Payment Options?

The package I received is Incomplete ( Missing beads or Items ) what should I do?
Just send us a copy of the code and missing color thru email at email@example.com and we will immediately arrange for the missing items to be shipped to you.
The Item I received is damaged/broken, what should I do?
We strive hard to make sure that all items are received in good condition. If it's damaged or broken, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and attached a photo of the product and we will then take necessary actions.
Can I Cancel/Refund/Return my orders?

- 15-30 days shipping after fulfilling the orders
Please note that the shipping timeframe sometimes varies on how fast customs in your country processes the package.
We sometimes do separate shipping and declare a low amount on the label to help our customers avoid paying high customs fees or taxes. This would mean that 2 orders may be processed in one transaction with one order number but will be shipped separately and there will be a slight difference on the delivery date.
We mainly shipped our products from different locations including but not limited to Asia.
